Tapco Centre for Development and Innovation Foundation (TCDI) is dedicated to advancing equitable access to quality, inclusive, and affordable eye health services for underserved and marginalised communities.
Founded by a female clinician and community development practitioner, TCDI works to eliminate avoidable blindness and visual impairment by delivering community-centred eye care that restores dignity, independence, and opportunity.
